5 Makeup Products I Can’t Stop Reaching For
As a makeup artist, my kit is always evolving. I’m constantly testing, rotating, and falling in love with new products. But every now and then, there’s a group of staples I just can’t stop grabbing when I’m working with clients. Right now, these five are the ones I keep reaching for again and again — they’ve earned a permanent spot in my kit.
1. YSL Touche Éclat Blur Primer
This primer gives the skin a gorgeous soft-focus finish and helps makeup glide on beautifully. It smooths and blurs without feeling heavy or sticky. It’s the perfect base for creating that lit-from-within look.
2. Hourglass Illusion Foundation
I love this one for its ability to deliver medium-to-full coverage while still feeling lightweight. It has a natural radiant finish that photographs beautifully and wears well throughout the day — a must for brides and special events.
3. Tower 28 Swipe Serum Concealer
This concealer has such a unique texture. It blends like a serum but gives great coverage. I love it for under eyes and for spot concealing — especially for clients with dry or sensitive skin.
4. Chanel Baume Essentiel Glow Stick
This glow stick is one of my secret weapons. It adds a subtle, dewy sheen that looks effortless and modern. I often tap it onto the high points of the face to give that healthy, editorial glow.
5. Makeup by Mario SoftSculpt Blurring Bronzer
This creamy bronzer blends like a dream and gives a soft, blurred warmth to the skin. It’s buildable, natural, and works across so many skin tones. I love using it to sculpt and warm up the face without harsh lines.
These products are giving me everything I want right now — glow, longevity, and skin that looks like skin.
What about you - what are some of your current makeup favorites? I’m always looking for new products to fall in love with.
