I’m Caitlyn Dominic, a highly sought-after soft glam makeup artist based in Charlotte, NC. If you can’t tell, I’m extremely passionate about makeup and helping you feel extra confident, elevated and beautiful.
With more than 12 years of professional experience, I’m trusted by women of all backgrounds, including several high-profile and celebrity clients, ages, and skin types with makeup needs.
THIS IS MY STORY
From a very young age, art came to me naturally. I loved drawing and painting from the moment I picked up a crayon and a brush. Then when I was five years old, I started dance. I went on to become a competitive dancer and learned to do stage makeup for competitions and recitals - liquid eyeliner, false lashes, red lipstick, and all.
In high school and college, my girlfriends would always ask me to do their makeup because they knew I was good at it (think: smokey eye circa 2008 - 2012). After years of practicing on friends and family, I decided to really start focusing on creating makeup looks on anyone I could get my hands on, invested in professional training and sanitation courses, and since then...well, here we are.

What You Can Expect When Sitting in my Makeup Chair
Aside from my makeup artistry skills, I pride myself on the highest level of professionalism, care, service, expertise, communication, organization, and sanitation, which has led me to working with several high profile clients. I also have the ability to understand each client’s wants and needs and use the right products and techniques to achieve “the look” (my specialty makeup look can be described as “soft glam”).
