Inspiration: Sofia Richie Wedding Glam

In the world of weddings and bridal beauty, celebrities often serve as a source of inspiration. Sofia Richie’s wedding was no exception. It seems like all everyone is talking about is her and Elliott Grainge’s classy wedding in the south of France - including Sofia's stunning wedding makeup and hairstyle.

I was lucky enough to partner with creative powerhouses Sacia Matthews (photographer), Honey & Thyme Events (wedding planners), Hair by Nataliya (hairstylist), and Historic Robertson Homestead (venue) to create a Sofia Richie inspired styled shoot.

The Makeup Look: Simple, Classic, Romantic

Sofia Richie's wedding makeup was a testament to timeless beauty, emphasizing radiant skin, golden shimmery eyes, flushed cheeks, and a peachy-pink lip. The makeup look I recreated on model Farrah was effortlessly romantic, capturing the essence of Sofia's wedding day glam.

To achieve the radiant complexion, I began by prepping Farrah’s skin with a moisturizing primer, followed by a lightweight foundation that provided a natural, dewy finish. The face was given a bit of sculpt with this cream contour stick, and cheeks were given a rosy-coral flush with this cream blush applied to the apples of the cheeks, adding a youthful and fresh touch.

Soft, luminous highlighter was applied to the high points of the face, creating a subtle glow. The focus then shifted to the eyes, where a warm, golden eyeshadow shade was applied all over the lids, complemented by a thin line of brown eyeliner and a few coats of waterproof lengthening mascara.

Finally, the lips were adorned with a coral-pink lip balm, completing the romantic look with a subtle yet alluring finish.
